You can immediately feel the muscles working after a few chews. It is hard at first so be careful on the initial chews but once the shell breaks it’s fine. It smells great and taste great as well. Much better than some of the other gums I’ve tried. The flavor lasts a long time and I even reuse the same piece for a couple sessions, that’s how durable it is. I would recommend starting out doing 4-5 minutes of slow chewing on each side then work up if you want. This is like lifing weights for your jaw.
