I am a firm believer in goal setting and love yoga. This provides both.I really haven't seen any other product like it.The journal guides you through long term goal setting with a yearly planner and 90 day planners. But you also set weekly goals and set goals on a daily basis using Inspired Actions and Intentions during the 8 Daily steps. It's easy to write a to do list but to actually put some thought behind your actions adds a whole new level. I tried writing some weekly goals but it didn't last very long. The weekly planner provides a spot for major goals, projects/appointments and action/yoga practice for the week. It follows up with a weekly check-in so you can review your week. It had a very similar process for the 90 day planners.I just bought this journal and will be starting tomorrow. I have read the authors advice about who to proceed and plan to follow their guidelines and will adjust as I go along. My yoga practice is good but I want to incorporate a home practice and I hope this will help me.One of the interesting parts of this journal is the Conscious Life Blueprint. It makes you think about health/body, emotional/spiritual/personal growth, intimate relationships, social/fun, friends/family, work/career, money/finances and community and giving. There is a lot of self-contemplation in here to help you develop a "masterful plan for a beautifully conscious life". Thinking about all the components of our daily lives, what is important and what we want helps shape our weekly goals etc. The more I read the more I like the process.I really like the daily pages because they are not the same every day. It is also aesthetically pleasing and will be enjoyable to use on a daily basis.
