I feel bad giving a bad review but man they need to check to see what is going on in their processing.

**Q: Do they need to be refrigerated in the sealed bag to keep fresher longer?**
A: Because I’m the only one who eats these (only 2 or 3 a day since I eat a variety of nuts), I refrigerate them.

**Q: Please define "no ppo". also are pesticides or fungusides used after harvest?**
A: HI 

No Ppo means " No propylen oxide" Treatment, As far as pesticides or fungusides It doesn't have however to confirm to be sure you can email me and I will get a certificate for confirmation.

**Q: How is this product superior to organic?**
A: It also says ALL Brazil nuts are grown in the Amazon. When trying to cultivate them outside of the Amazon, they fail. So, I too would like to know how these are superior to ORGANIC if BOTH are grown in the Amazon. Organic means no man-made chemicals.

Last time I got these nuts they were so delicious and wonderful I ordered again but this order is soggy there’s something wrong with the nuts they have a different taste if any taste at all something went wrong in the processing I think the aftertaste they leave is also rank. The nuts have a lot of brown coating on outside. I prefer they have most of that removed before packaging. The nuts are not uniform - some are crunchy and others appear stale. They are inconsistent. I continue to buy them as they are generally good.
