As Texas temps reach over 100° I wondered how this was going to arrive before I even ordered but I took a chance because I have been suffering with Dyshidrotic Eczema and a friend suggested I try beef tallow. Anyways before I even opened the box I could tell it had leaked as the shipping box was soiled. I reached out to them through the pamphlet they shipped with my order, NOT THROUGH desertcart. The process was very smooth to get a replacement, in my initial order I didn’t realize I ordered unscented so I asked if my replacement could be scented and I chose the “Clean Cloud” scent and I absolutely love it! In my replacement order they also sent a beef tallow lip balm and I am loving that as well! It has helped tremendously with my eczema flare up. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. My experience has been very positive and their customer support has been amazing!

**Q: What does this smell like? Beef?**
A: Okay if you’re on the fence just go for it! The benefits are too good! But if you’re worried, it has a faint nutty scent from the almond oil but there is a slight beef scent too. Not bad or too strong. Goes away after it sinks into your skin. I have the scented one too. The essential oils in it completely cover the tallow scent. That one smells just clean and fresh but it’s not overpowering. I like to use the scented on my body and the unscented on my face.

**Q: This is supposed to come whipped if i am not wrong. Mine came all melted and is far from the advertised texture. Is this still safe to use?**
A: It’s a natural product so there will be some changes in consistency due to temperature. Probably due to the heat it got melted in transit. It’s safe to use but you can always get another one by requesting a replacement!

**Q: Is this product Non-Comedogenic / will it clog my pores?**
A: It’s non-comedogenic! Doesn’t clog pores.

First I want to say I love this product! Second their customer support is 10/10! My order came and it was a melty mess! I ordered this Tallow balm to help with stretch marks in my late stage of pregnancy. I wanted something moisturizing that would sink into my skin better than shea butter has. Overall, this is a really great high quality product. It arrived nicely packed, sealed up tight with no issues. I got the unscented one since I’m very sensitive to smells right now. What I was not expecting was the “beef” odor it does have. I figured unscented meant truly no scent at all so I wasn’t anticipating that. It doesn’t however deter me from using it and my husband said he doesn’t smell it as strongly as I do so I think pregnancy nose is probably making it appear stronger. I will say the dog couldn’t stop licking my legs when I did a little test patch 😂 My skin felt smoother and less irritated when I put it on. And just as I had hoped, it settles into skin MUCH better than my whipped shea butter leaving no greasy residue. The big draw for me is the all natural ingredients and the fact it’s grass fed and grass finished- truly love that this company values health and wellness that much. Overall it is a bit pricey, but for the quality I think it’s worth it. Very glad to have found this product and can’t wait to try a scented version once I have my baby.
