Review: Great for regaining jaw strength! - I have been using this per the instructions for 6 months. It has definitely strengthened my jaw, though the results are not very visible yet, but I have a ways to go :) Long story short, I had to get braces as an adult in my mid thirties (they were on for 2 years), and after that was done I needed my wisdom teeth removed. All of this resulted in my jaw being very weak since I couldn't eat regular foods for so long, and I got the start of a double chin. After giving my gums 8 months to adequately heal from surgery, I started chewing regular gum for a smaller workout, then switched to this gum after 3 months of regular gum. When chewing this gum, you have to suck on it for a minute or two first or its too hard to chew - it is tough, as it should be! Once you do that, use as instructed and go easy on yourself when it's difficult at first. I could not chew on one consistent side for long durations at first, it took me time to get there. Stick with it. Now, I can do 3 consistent minutes easy on each side and alternate a few times to get the full workout. Just knowing my jaw strength is coming back is great. I believe with time I will see more physical results as well. Great workout to do while driving or listening to music, switch chewing sides when the song changes. The flavor is good, not too strong or sweet, which I like. The blueberry is my favorite.

My favorite flavor. I like that the flavor lasts for a while. Great for chewing during stressful times. If you are new to it, don’t chomp down right away as it starts off super solid. Just a fair warning.
