I read a LOT of Amazon reviews before choosing this mat and ultimately wish I would have kept looking. Pro: This mat will stay down on the floor, it will not move around. If you don’t get sweaty, it has good grip on the top of the mat. It comes with two carrying options, a bag or a shoelace type carrier. Very soft and comfortable. Cons: Becomes slippery when wet, so I still had to purchase a yoga towel for hot vinyasa classes. Cannot leave in a hot car because it will melt and I think that is inconvenient. If the shoelace carrier is too tight it will leave marks in the mat, I’m hoping they aren’t permanent. Also seems to be getting marks from either sweat or frequent hand/foot position areas, not sure which is causing the color to fade.
