I have used for 1-2 times only and it has worked great for that times. I used it for 10 hours and during that time it was placed in my car for most time and around 2 hours it was outside with me as I carried it along in some cafe and also after 10 hours it was still very cold. The one thing I want to mention is their customer service response is great.
