This pump is for custom applications and will not work on any car without custom fabrication to your vehicles cooling system. You would be much better off buying a factory style water pump for your vehicle. **Q: Is there a tempature cutoff on this pump?** A: I don't think so,if your talking thermal overload? Otherwise my Motec EFI controls it via relay along with my electric fan. its basically on or off. This is only partially true. The fittings on the pump are 3/4 STOR female. The 12AN fittings must come with the pump. When I bought one of these two years ago, it did not come with AN fittings. Mezeire sold various STOR to AN fittings at the time. If you want the AN fittings, get Parker or Weather head fittings. About 1/4 the price. This is a stout little pump that moves a lot of water.
