Long story short, I ordered it Saturday, and it was delivered Monday. I unpacked it this morning and it took only 15 minutes to assemble. That said, I'm thankful for the previous reviews and advice to water the dryer areas ahead time in preparation. That turned out to be perfect as I just spent an hour tilling, and the soil that I wet down a couple of days tilled with no problem. The hard dry soil did not. It threw the tiller. I'm watering the dry areas now, and will try again in a couple of days. This 59 year old woman is very happy! I was able to carry the Sun Joe in its box, as delivered, into my house, assemble it, adjust the wheels, carry it out back, attach the extension cord, and start tilling within an hour. It started up easily, and really dug through the soil. I can't wait for my soil amendments to be delivered tomorrow so I can use the Sun Joe to work them in and get planting. Used it on a garden patch that hasn't really been touched in a few years but a couple passes and it was all torn up and ready for use again. Yeah, pull it backwards to really let it do its job but that is pretty standard with these smaller tillers. If you have that or anything easier you will be fine. It is tougher than it looks! **Q: does it have variable speed or just on/off** A: It has an on/off trigger you hold while using. No variable speed but you can pulse the trigger switch for rapid on/off. **Q: will this break the sprinklers pvc pipe and sprinklers heads?** A: Some of the plastic heads will break and I would imagine some of the metal heads could be damaged. This machine is powerful but very easy to handle. I really like mine and it is easy to handle in tight places. Plastic pipes will be severely damaged if you hit them. **Q: Just opened my new tiller and there is oil that leaked out of the gear box. Is that normal during shipping and do I need to add more?** A: I received my tiller last night and when I unpacked, the lower part of the box was drenched with oil. I'm afraid to start it now...
