There is nothing to worry about with these patches, as they are just coated in a special mixture of herbs that I believe fools your body through scent to absorb motion differently than you normally would. You can use one or two patches at a time, just so you know, as it just depends on what works for you, and it stays effective for about 3 days while wearing it (after that the scent seems to have disappeared). They last through bathing and swimming, as well. They are easy to carry as that individual packets are practically paper thin, and each contains two patches. The only thing that might bother some people is the scent of the herbs, which smells a bit musty or moldy, but which you adjust to quite quickly, and then don’t notice at all.
