Purchase as needed ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A godsend for my damaged vulvar skin *by A***N on 20 October 2025* I have complications of repeated yeast infections and painful thickened skin on my vulva. This doesn’t heal it, but this is the only cream that actually protects my skin. I use this brand’s 5% dimethacone as a base layer with tje EPC on top. At the end of the day I use coconut oil to loosen up the product since it’s petroleum based, and use hot water to help clean it off.
