Neither system will help everyone. I use both kinds of toothpaste - KNO3 in the evening and arginine in the morning - with the understanding that they somewhat counteract one another, but using both gives me relief against heat/cold, vibration, pressure, and age-exposed roots. Pro-Relief Mouthwash adds an extra layer of protection to my morning brushing.This product has a measuring device WITHIN the cap so that you don't use more than necessary - fill the inner measuring device, not the whole cap. The viscosity is greater than usual mouthwashes and might take a little getting used to. The flavor is ok, not as flavorful as US products but more flavorful than some other European and especially Asian products. If you have tongue, gum, and cheek tissue sensitivity to peppermint-type flavorings, this will add a slight bit to that sensitivity. If you are accustomed to using a mouthwash after brushing, make this that mouthwash. Using Pro-Relief Mouthwash before brushing with a non-arginine toothpaste or using a "breath freshener" mouthwash after the Pro-Relief Mouthwash largely wastes your purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Sensitivy mouthwash that works *by N***P on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2016* The argin in this mouthwash does help squelch gumline tooth sensitivity, but it doesn't completely eliminate that sensitivity. For me it knocks the pain down by maybe a third, pretty significant. My sensitivity had gotten to the point where commonly available (in the US) sensitivity toothpastes weren't doing much. I use this along with the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Pro-Argin toothpaste, before and after brushing. This is shipped from across the Pond (as is that toothpaste), but even so it arrived pretty quickly, maybe 2 weeks via free standard shipping (not Prime).. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars which actually seems to work better when paired with the toothpaste that compliments this mouthwash *by T***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2015* Worked well enough I suppose, but I really didn't notice a difference with the tooth that causes me so much trouble. Certainly not enough to shell out a proverbial crap-ton of money to get an amount of fluid so impossibly small when compared to ACT mouthwash, which actually seems to work better when paired with the toothpaste that compliments this mouthwash.
