If I need 4 oz of fresh juice, how many teaspoons of powder do I use?** A: From Google: To replace Lime Powder with 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, mix 1 teaspoon of powder and 2 tablespoons of water. To make equivalent of 1/2 cup of juice you would need 1/2 cup of water and 4 teaspoons of powder. (There are 8 tablespoons of liquid in 1/2 cup so 1 tsp of powder to 2 tablespoons of water - 4 tsp to 8 tablespoons of liquid.) **Q: Says uses whole lemons why vitamin c not listed on package ?.** A: When using this product the nutritional value of the whole use of the lemon provides the nutrients and minerals needed. Vitamin C is naturally inside. **Q: does the package show any recipes or how much powder is equal to one lemon?** A: It's a metalic package (light-protected) containing organic lemon powder which contains the WHOLE LEMON....skin, pulp, seeds and juice....all the valuable nutrient ingredients of a whole, organic lemon. The amount you use is to personal taste, just like the "concentrated juice" you find in the market. Uses: lemonade and drinks; blend into juices or smoothies; sprinkle on seafood, meat & chicken; bake in muffins, breads, tarts and cookies. The amounts you use will be according to individual taste. I LOVE having this on hand for whatever use I may have. I also buy the ORANGE powder, and I use it in the same way. WELL WORTH THE PRICE.....MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE COST OF LEMONS IN THE MARKET WOULD BE IN THE LONG RUN. AND IT'S "ORGANIC", WHICH IS VITAL IN TODAY'S "GMO" WORLD!! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff *by on Reviewed in the United States 13 July 2026* My mom said this tasted like chemicals. I thought it tasted much better than the store bought ones. I didn't see any clumping, versatile - works in tea, water, and tastes great. Great value! Crystallized consistency. Literally the entire lemon freeze-dried and ground up - ingredients are minimal. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste great *by on Reviewed in Canada 15 February 2026* Taste great. Have ordered a few times ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff! *by on Reviewed in the United States 6 October 2025* I had this in my cart for a while because I couldn't decide if I wanted to try it. I finally ordered it and I'm so glad I did. It tastes great in smoothies and pudding. I'm looking forward to trying it in other dishes too. The bag says it can be used for baking. It doesn't smell great to me in the bag because it's concentrated. It tastes great though, very much like real lemon. I like it a lot more than lemon juice concentrates.Mine arrived as a powder. It's a bit granular and I can see how it could crystallize in high humidity. If I notice it clumping, I'll store it in a bag with a dessicant pack.It dissolves in water but takes its time. I haven't tried dissolving a lot of it to make something like lemonade, but I think that would work better in warm water. The bag is only 7 ounces but it should last a while, a little goes a long way. ## Frequently Bought Together - ORGFUN Original Lemon Powder, Freeze Dried Lemon Juice Powder, Great for Beverages, Smoothies, Baking 7.06 Oz - Organic Raspberry Juice powder, 8oz | 100% Natural Fruit Powder | Freeze-Dried Raspberries Source | No Sugar & Additives | Great Flavor for Drinks, Smoothie, & Beverages | Non-GMO & Vegan Friendly - Organic Lemon Juice powder, 10 Ounce | 100% Natural Fruit Powder | Cold Pressed Lemons Source | No Sugar & Additives | Great Flavor for Drinks, Smoothie, & Beverages | Non-GMO & Vegan Friendly --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/724060516-orgfun-original-lemon-powder-freeze-dried-lemon-juice-powder-great](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/724060516-orgfun-original-lemon-powder-freeze-dried-lemon-juice-powder-great) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
