Review: Snail and Plant Approved – Sturdy and Reliable - I’ve been using this 6500K dual-stick light for several months now, and it’s still working perfectly. It has been great for both my plants and my Grove snails—the spectrum keeps the greenery healthy, and the adjustable brightness/timer is super convenient. I especially love the optional red light setting for a "night mode" vibe. The build quality is excellent. It has great clamp strength and is very easy to move, but the arms are rigid enough to stay exactly where I bend them. Another bonus: when positioned close, it warms the habitat by just a few degrees, which is perfect for keeping things cozy. The only drawback is that it didn't come with the USB "butt" (wall adapter), so you'll need your own to plug it in. Other than that, it’s a solid, reliable setup that has held up great over time!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for my riparium
*by S***N on 24 February 2026*

I was really looking for a plant LED grow light for my riparium, and these are exactly what I was looking for. Most of the ones I came across were ones that you stuck in that ground, that obviously wasn’t going to work. One of my favorite things about this LED light is the clip. It’s super strong, it has a very tight hold. It’s also not very heavy either, so I felt comfortable clipping it onto some cheap wall art I have hanging up above my aquarium. Another feature that I really enjoy are the different settings I can play with. You have the option to set it in a 3h, 9h, or 12 hour timer, I already have an automatic power strip, but if I didn’t this would be a life-saver. Another setting you can play with is the lights. There are 3 light settings (I’m new to plants so forgive not knowing the proper lingo): super bright, soft light almost pinkish, and a red option. So, I believe they should fit the need of almost any plant. Another thing about the lights you can change is the intensity, it gets pretty bright and it also can go pretty dark. One thing I don’t like about that though, you’re not actually able to adjust the intensity up or down through different buttons, you kind of just click the button until it gets to what you’re after. Overall, I don’t really have any complaints. This is a pretty decent light for the price. I don’t have prior experiences with any other grow light to compare this one to, but for a beginner it seems to do the trick.
