In fact, I couldn't even get them open they're so tight. Completely unusable. The fish grabber thingy, which I wouldn't have used anyway, was not good, either, and instructions were in a cipher of some kind (see pic).The bag itself and the boxes within are of moderate quality. They kind of quality you might find a bargain discount store.All in all, this should be priced in the $15.00 or under range. It's something, that for $15, I'd buy for a 12 year old who's just learning to fish and needs a small tackle system. There are 2 D ring. There is a 1 1/2” padded shoulder strap and a 2” waist belt. I have read several reviews of other multifunctions bags that say they are like a fanny pack. This is NO fanny pack.
