I read the comparison list, still not quite follow what is the main advantage taking Advanced** A: what I think the difference is, when I use the refresh tears then it is more water based and eyes clear right away and fresh. But the advanced is more of an oil lubricant for your eyes so it lubricates more deeply and longer. I don't prefer the oil advanced one unless I am going to sleep. The oil always makes my eye seem a little blurry. So i prefer the tears. clears and refreshes right away.
