Normally not a fan of bitterness, this has a slight hint and it's a perfect blend with the flavor, I do like grassy matcha and this has that but not overpowering, the color is vibrant and beautiful, it smells enticing and it foams great with little effort. I usually drink as an unsweetened latte but always try my matcha powder alone with just powder and water first to get a feel for the flavor and this one is amazing. As far as aftertaste... it's as beautiful as the drink and doesn't change. 1000% buying this again
