A: These are real DJI batterys if purchased from Excel RC

**Q: Does this fit dji osmo 3 action camera ?**
A: No. It doesn’t fit Action 3.  Had to return mine and order directly from DJI.

**Q: Does battery come charged?**
A: I would charge any new battery before using.
