It's just foam. It has no solid backing for mounting purposes. I could by 10 times the amount of regular foam for the same price. Not to mention, They did not give me a way to attach these to the wall. It has a sheet of stickers that are supposed to attach to the wall, but they are one sided. I even tried forcing the back side off the sticker, and it destroyed it. The "instructions" literally say, buy double sided tape or spray on glue to attach. No sound proof qualities, Just cheap foam. DO NOT waste your money. They are going back.
