I was wrong. The measurements are so off. The body is big but the arms are too short. The lace appliqué is cheap and looks damaged b/c some of the lace is frayed and twisted inside a seam. The bow looks like it was a diy craft. THe fabric is horrible and overall the cost looks very cheap. As a person who in charge of garment production for an apparel company, I should have known it was a risk. Luckily it was inexpensive. Like the dollar store version of the one in the photo.
