She is 8 years old and has taken it to daycare and other places. Have used this case for roughly 6 weeks and it is holding up well. I would recommend this case for any age range.The only con is a very minor one:The area where the power plugs in is a little tight. Sometimes tricky to get the plug in all the way and you may find your tablet out of juice. It's a very well built case the magnetic flap does really stick to the case. I do agree with other reviewers who say it's a little weak, but once it's closed it does really stick good to the case and so it wouldn't be enough for me to give it a low review. I still give it 5 stars because it does stay closed. Even when I tried to lift the cover and I thought I can't get it open because I didn't pull on the side of the flap. Plus you even get a stylish that's a pen which is so cool too! I even checked the company on the internet and they make other cases for other tablets also that they sell through here on Amazon and they look like they are pretty well built products.
