Unit has a small foot print, so easily placed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a great job and works as advertised *by D***E on 19 December 2025* I bought this with the intention of making beef jerky for Christmas presents for the guys in my family. Previously I have using the kitchen oven which does an okay job but really doesn’t offer the lower temperature needed for the task. This unit is easy to program, fits nicely on my counter, runs quietly and the stainless steel cleans up with a damp sponge. The seven racks offer plenty of space for a couple of pounds of meat at a time.
