It perfectly matches my mouth PH, so it just feels so hydrating. It's the right level of sweet that it remains pleasurable, but not noticeably sweet. Subtle and delicious. Mix with a shot of Casamigos or Espolón and you'll forget you're drinking alcohol. It has some sugar, which I usually try to avoid, but I let myself be a little bad for Once Upon because the taste is really good. I had never really liked coconut water until I had 'Once Upon a Coconut', plain regular (I'm not much for flavors). 'Once Upon a Coconut' is the platonic ideal of the flavor of 'Coconut water'.
