This product is awesome. It says on the back to add to 1 pound of meat. Look, you can make this product and then add to it how you want according to your taste. I add 3 pounds of chicken breast chopped up and then add a can of coconut milk and some cane sugar. It's all about experimenting. You make this paste how you want. You can follow the directions exact, or just little by little add stuff and make it exactly how you want. I love this product as a base. I am learning to add butter or whatever slowly to make it exactly how I want it. You can add it to veggies, beef, fish, anything.
