The bottle of liposomal uridine monophosphate has an outer and inner seal. It claims to be 100% natural. I see it has GMP certification. It guarantees to be alcohol free and lab tested. I get 150 caps in one bottle. The supplement facts say that one serving is one cap and one cap contains: 5 mg Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) (294% DV), 100 mg Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) (4167% DV), 50 mg Magnesium (as magnesium glyconate) (12% DV), 400 mg Uridine monophosphate (uridine 5-monophosphate disodium salt), 150 mg Citicoline (CDP-choline), 100 mg Alpha-GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine), 80 mg Phosphatidylserine, 50 mg L-theanine, a proprietary blend [80mg (DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate), rhodiola rosea extract (root), panax ginseng extract (root), gotu kola extract (leaf))], another proprietary blend [70mg (DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from algae oil, lion's mane mushroom extract (fruiting body), ALCAR (N-acetyl-L-carnitine))], black pepper extract [10 mg (piper nigrum) (fruit)]. And the other ingredients are: Cellulose (vegetable capsule) and phospholipids (from sunflower oil). Below the supplement facts I see it's distributed by the company NESSARIT with its address in Wilmington, DE and an URL to its website. As I read under suggested use, I learn to take one cap once daily. So it should last me 150 days. There's a lot number and expiration date, 03/2028, printed on the bottle. The caps are clear with a light cream colored powder inside. I find the caps are small and easy to swallow. They don't have any taste or odor.
