Are there any different between these two model?** A: That is because of country of Origin. 3 cup Model name CR-0351 is made in Korea and This model is made in China. **Q: Does this model have a voice model that speaks in Korean?** A: No, it does not speak in any language. **Q: How long will it keep the rice warm after cooking** A: If you keep long like 3-4days rice will be hard. Just keep the warm 2days better **Q: How can I get a replacement for the inner pot?** A: I think you have to send back to manufacturer? My family has a Cuckoo rice cooker (not this one) with the nonstick layer peeling - I think they called a number from the instructions pamphlet and had to send it to New York or something... I usually would get whatever cheap rice cooker was available. This time around I opted to go for a little more robust cooker and see if there was any difference. This one functions a lot easier than the cheap ones do which is nice. Just works better and is more user friendly. Rice cooks a tad longer in this one but comes out much better and fluffier. Plus, it looks a whole lot nicer than my other ones did. Good purchase.
