I covered that with plastic wrap that did not work. I treated my countertop with this 7 times, it lightened the stain each time and now the stain is pretty much gone. A 3 inch wide blob. After the product was removed it took 3-4 day for the spot to fade , then the cement had to be re sealed on the spot after. Now the table does not look uniform anymore. There’s a difference where it was re sealed. It’s better than the stain.
