All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. We pack and ship everything from our home-warehouse in North Carolina. **Q: Does this sauce have any extracts in it** A: No. We do not use extracts in any of our sauces. Only all natural heat from the peppers. The Xtreme Regret is 50% peppers (Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper) to make it HOT. And they are all Full of Flavor... not just heat. Also Elijah's story... Thanks! **Q: How many scovile heat units is this** A: I'm not really sure of the Scoville units, however it is not a hot sauce. The flavor is great but being a heat chaser i was disappointed it's marketed as a reaper hot sauce. I finished the bottle in 3 sittings.
