I give 4 stars however, because the original one I purchased had a defect, where one of the cross bars came undone, leaving me without support, causing the cover to pool water, thus stretching it making it unusable. As soon as the crossbar came undone, I reached out to the customer support via amazon, and within a week I had a new one. They were very prompt and courteous . A++ customer service.
