But I also don't want to go to the trouble of getting out the blender, and slowly putting together a Hollandaise or Bearnaise sauce. Which is why I LOVE these packets by Knorr. It is easy peasy to make the sauce I want, and all I have to do if I want it a bit zestier is to add pepper, or a drop of hot sauce. So yes, I ordered this 5 pack, and I have tried one, but I will definitely within the next few months use the others. The size is good for each pack. The instructions are clear. And the ingredients you need to provide from home are easy to obtain - butter and milk. Haven't tried them with salted butter or soy/almond milks, but if you add what they suggest, it is quick to make you a perfect sauce for your steak or eggs or whatever you put Bearnaise on. A++ awesome product and I order it because I can never get enough. Texture is fine. Never seen a sauce break if you whisk and don't make the heat too high. Great value, great consistency of product quality. LOVE it. I've tried the Hollandaise too, but Bearnaise is my favorite.
