Been using it everyday for 2 months and it works great. Only difference between this and the Bas O2 trainer is that this one is harder to exhale the full breath, Bas designed his to open wider on exhale for this very reason. But its still a great cheaper alternative. I saw a few people say there's no resistance. They are ABSOLUTELY WRONG. You can literally tighten this thing down so NO air can pass through. All I can think is they were cheating through their nose or can't breathe right in the first place.
