I was excited to try these piping bags for my cake and cookie decorating projects, but after using them for a while, I have mixed feelings. The size of the bags is great, especially if you’re working with larger batches of frosting or icing. I got the large bags because I'm an "always make too much rather than too little!" kind of cook, and I have to say they hold up really well! I tried them using a pretty thick buttercream, and we made 4 dozen cupcakes and decorated them using 1 bag, and it showed no signs of wear when I was done. Because I got the large ones, they were a little more awkward to use than a smaller bag, but I certainly didn't fill it all the way, and once I got a system down it worked really well. Honestly, I could have rinsed this one out and reused it with no worry, they are that thick. To have 100 of this at this price? This box will outlast me!
