**Q: Would it help with a ruptured collateral ligament?**
A: The Reaction helps absorb shock and relieve knee pain caused by Chondramalacia, Patellar Tendonitis and Tendonosis, general Patellofemoral tracking issues, and mild OA.You are looking for more of a Ligament Brace. The Reaction will help but a brace like the DonJoy Economy Hinged or any DonJoy Hinged Brace would do better for your situation.

**Q: How do i order one for a left knee**
A: It’s universal for either knee

**Q: At what place exactly do you measure your thigh for the fit?**
A: Take the measurement of your thigh 6" above your kneecap using a flexible type tape measure.  Use the circumference to choose your size.

**Q: Relief from OArthritis?**
A: I have arthritis in my right knee,moderate vs mild,and this brace helped stabilize my knee somewhat and alleviated some of the pain..mind you not pain free but better than before use..i now need one for my left knee and had to order a new one bacause i couldnt find mine..thats how good it works in my opinion..hope this helps you out..

Not as long as it looks in the picture. Provides support but bunches up a bit behind the knee and restricts movement a little bit. Overall a good device!
