The power is 50 watts RMS meaning average power with 150 Watts peak per speaker. They get away with saying 300 watts because there are 2 speakers. This is about as close to false advertising as you can get in my opinion. **Q: does this come with brackets and screws?** A: Yes. Has brackets for mounting if speaker does not align with your vehicles existing opening. Also comes with screws but I purchased better quality as the ones included were not very good. These are excellent speakers and I have them installed in Dodge RAM 2500 Rear door panels.Make sure you buy the speaker wire adapters for your vehicle model. Makes wiring easier. **Q: se puede devolver en caso de no ser lo que esperaba?** A: Si **Q: How is the bass quality/range? Looking for something with good mid range to compliment a subwoofer. Thanks** A: These speakers have a tight bass, and I think they would be a good compliment to a sub.
