In each serving there are only 132 mg of chlorophyll which translates to only .005 ounces. So for every serving you get 99.5% glycerine, water and flavoring, and .5% of what you think you are ordering. try the pressed tabs by any other brand instead. **Q: Why does it have mint if it says unflavored??** A: Mint is not for flavor but to enhance absorption. **Q: Is this to be consumed or as just a mouthwash?** A: Consumed.
