After reading the reviews, and comparing nitrile, latex and vinyl gloves, these were the perfect choice for in-home medical use, and the price of about 1¢ each was perfect. I've used about 25 by now, and none has ripped or torn. They're strong, yet sensitive, with slightly ribbed fingertips. Can't be beat!
