**Q: Do these contain folic acid? I have a gene mutation and shouldn't be taking anything with folic acid--only methylfolate.**
A: Folate versus folic. This is it, it has folate versus folic. I also have the same gene mutation and this was prescribed by my holistic OB to take. I’ve sworn by these and took them with my two successful pregnancies after a very long fertility journey.

**Q: Is this fsa/hsa eligible?**
A: It should be but you likely have to have your doctor write an RX for it for when you submit the receipt to your FSA/HSA. Your doctor can do that easily for you.

**Q: Is it normal for capsules to have black specs?**
A: Yes, two of the four capsules had black specks;  I’ve ordered this brand from two different retailers (one a pharmacy).

**Q: How is the item?**
A: I've been using it since March. Got pregnant in May. No issues with the vitamins. I like that it doesn't have any dyes in it.
