Simply dissolve 2ml per gallon in chlorine-free water, warm milk to 35°C/95°F, and enjoy consistent, high-quality coagulation with a long shelf life. ## Description

This is a double strength microbial rennet that does not contain animal products. Non-GMO and Gluten Free Dual-strength microbial rennet dered from Mukor Triple-Hei This rennet is suitable for manufacturing vegetarian anteas. 1- You need to add the rennet to 20ml water first. Use fresh cold water in a clean container. 2- Leave the solution for 5 minutes. 3- Gradually warm the milk to 90 degrees Fahrenheit on low heat (this is important). 4- Add rennet solution to warm milk and stir for 1 minute and mix well. 5- Keep it away from heat and leave it unstirring or stir until the milk is hardened. It takes about 45 minutes. (This is important)

**Q: i have used this 6 times - the curds do form, but they do not hold together (they dissolve into the liguid) . The only thing i did not try is ?**
A: In general all rennet in US are very weak. I’ve tried a bunch. The solution I had for this is after the curds get formed you cook them for 30-45 min in the same temperature you apply the rennet. It works for me perfectly
