Review: Been having this for dinner all week! - First time I made this, I salted the water and cooked it about 8 or 9 mins - I was disappointed. Too salty and too mushy. Second time, I didn't add any salt and only let pasta boil for about a min or two before reducing to a simmer for 5 or 6 minutes more (7 in total). It was amazing in my recipe, which was adding the pasta to pre-made pasta sauce and a couple of table spoons of heavy cream powder. That's it. So good! I don't know how it will hold up in a pasta salad or if it's baked - but the way I made it was really good. Also, the portion size was enough for me, as I am trying to have my lighest meal for dinner. The price point is a little high when compared to regular pasta, but to eat what feels like a real pasta dish that doesn't spike my BS for $4.50 per serving is worth it for me.

**Q: What are the ingredients besides Lupin flour?**
A: Per the package, the ingredients are lupin flour, fava bean protein, tapioca starch and xanthum gum

**Q: I am assuming that this tastes the same as other lupin flour pastas? I have tried many of them and don't want to waste my money if it tastes the same.**
A: I have not tasted the flour, but I did taste the rice, and you’re right, they taste and feel the same! If you over cook them you can make mashed potatoes or hummus. The taste is not bad, they are fulfilling and better than other imitations out there.

**Q: Does it create mushy leftovers? I've had low caeb pasta before and it becomes mushy the next day**
A: Hi there! The pasta is best when served fresh, but it also makes for excellent leftovers. If you plan to reheat them throughout the week, just boil the pasta for a few minutes less to account for the additional cook time when reheating. Enjoy!

I just made this, and it’s INCREDIBLE! I was starving and made 1.5 servings (I could handle the cals today), but I couldn’t finish the bowl.
