Mine is a power napper (rather than a long napper) so I found them to be less useful, From a Canadian perspective, it is not up-to-date with the latest recommendations from dietitians (ie don't give them juice) and dentists (ie don't use sippy cups), but the food time schedules are helpful (there are strict almost hour by hour schedules as well as broader guidelines which I found more helpful).
