Only thing is the bolt where the flap pivots up gets a lot of vibrations off the exhaust and it could be annoying for someone running a machine all day. I used it on a old backhoe we use only to load bulk salt into our dump trucks so I don't care but to some others that may mean something in a all day working environment.
