Thats the second time that i bought me Centrum but this time from desertcart because in normal grocery store their are more expensiver. I defently feel the difference by my hair and nails because there grow much stronger. I had stomach aches or digestive problems a tge first few days but I think this is normal because the body has to get used to it first. I just miss a lot of vitamins because I work a lot I forget from time to time to make sure that I have to eat healthy. I definitely feel better with these multivitamin tablets.
