What I do know is that it doesn't work. Was supposed to be waterproof. It is not. Does not stick well. I would not purchase again. **Q: Is the Hy-Tape stretchy?** A: No, as you pull the tape to stretch it, the tape will start to deform along the stretch and not return to the original shape. **Q: Is this choice SPF?** A: I dont recall seeing that on the packaging. However it is not very sticky. It wouldn't stick to my skin very long. I was using it to seal a bag to my skin for showering and it came off with 5 min of being in the water.
