Review: Very sturdy. Will not tip over. Fits fat cats. - I have a fat Maine Coin, he fits in and on it fine. He sleeps on the top, all curled in a ball. Both cats sometimes fight over it. They sit on the top looking out the window, quite happy. Good for older cats, they can run up it using the other levels as steps. Two notes about the carpet; 1. The carpet does not come off easily, it stays on the wood. 2. But... If.... Your cat uses as a scratch post, and has claws, it can leave small carpet strands on the floor. Duh. Not a big problem. Your cat hopefully is not destroying your furniture because they will like this better. I am assuming I will replace or recarpet it every 7 to 8 years and that is a long time. That is what happened to the one I replaced. They are all like this. You pick them up about once a week and everything is fine. Now go buy this!

This cat condo is VERY small!  My 10 lb cat can’t comfortably curl up except in the bottom tier.  Beware that although the item says it’s returnable You have to pay for it even if your a prime member. The box was very heavy!  I could barely get it in the door so I can only imagine what shipping would cost! The product is well made and sturdy.
