They had my truck from 9 - 7 and charged me hourly for the install. When I picked it up it was full of problems. The installer was on the phone with tech support trying to resolve the problems but ultimately turned it over to me. I called multiple times the next day and never heard back. I emailed them and got a very basic "sorry we're busy" reply. Nobody ever returned my calls or made any effort to help me. I called one last time before taking it back to cartoys and got through but no real help.The problems I had were: The back up camera didn't work. Neither of the USB outlets or the cig lighter charger had power. My steering wheel controls didn't work. I couldn't make calls or texts or control the radio anymore. My automatic headlights stopped working. The time wouldn't stay set. The navigation button didn't do anything. I had the google off line maps downloaded and had to go through the apps list every time to bring them up. The top right corner of the touch screen had a little bubble in it. The unit overall was slow and glitchy. I live in Colorado and generally warm my truck up before I leave at 5:30 am and having to stand there for 30 seconds while it boots up so I could switch on the defroster was ridiculous. The unit looks impressive and probably eventually will be but it felt very unfinished and left me far less capable than before I installed it. I ended up replacing it with a Kenwood DNX995S. This was an extremely expensive and stressful experience by the time I got through it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Nice upgrade for our truck! *by C***J on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on August 23, 2018* Our truck had a broken screen, so instead of just replacing it we decided to upgrade to this tesla style and ended up saving money too. The replacement would have cost us $1400+. Now that it is installed we love it! Big thanks to John at customer support for all your knowledge and help! Easy to install and customer support is great. We still have a lot to figure out because there is so many options on the stereo but so far it works great! ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars NEED BETTER UNIT DESIGN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE *by R***P on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 12, 2019* Installed in new 2018. Was not the perfect fit. Gaps near the top on both sides. Like the option of the IGO GPS but not fond of having the set it each time to the drive mode and the consent loss of signal from the GPS even though I placed it on the dash. Ever since I installed it, I have had truck battery issues so unsure if it's related or a dead cell in the battery. My wi-fi antenna was not working properly and attempted to contact the company customer service which is a complete joke. After several emails, I was able to get in touch with customer service?? and no luck on getting a new antenna sent. The system is very buggy to say the least and when I turn the climate control fan to a higher setting it reverts backwards instead. The screen lighting can be to dim on sunny days. to be honest I wish I would have sent the unit back during the return date opportunity.
