They're relatively high in protein (although admittedly, high in fat as well) and are a satisfying alternative to very high sugar and expensive "protein bars" that taste pretty gross to me now that I'm taking Monjouro. They're definitely not healthy to eat all day--I personally wouldn't eat them more than once a day.
