The results are instantaneous.....a clean 'slate'.Rated four stars because it cannot compare with my goulashes (only kidding). After I use it more, I might just consider loving it. Stay tuned. ### ⭐ Does not work *by S***D on April 26, 2014* I used the product once and it did as advertised, cleaned my TV screen. I rinsed it under luke warm water as instructed, allowed it to dry and the next time I used it it left a sticky visible residue on my screen. I am returning it immediately. Not a good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but anything that is newly shipped out should be fine. The replacement one came in fine with the ... *by T***H on July 26, 2014* First one that I received was defective, but got in touch with Amazon customer service and they issued me a refund to reorder a new one. I received an email from SKT Productions, Inc explaining that there was a manufacturing defect with some of the devices, but anything that is newly shipped out should be fine. The replacement one came in fine with the end caps glued in and everything so I can use it correctly.I was upset at first due to the defective product, but Dr. Taub was wonderful with his customer service and explaining everything about the defect to me, as well as that it is recommended not to rinse the roller after every use so the stickiness stays for longer.With regards to the actual performance of this thing, so far it's great! I'm using it mostly on my Macbook Pro 13" with Retina Display because I'm super OCD about fingerprints, and it's great - my screen hasn't looked this good since I took it out of the box.
