I'm still not a convert to balm vs face wash. This one successfully removes makeup (including mascara) and doesn't seem as greasy after rinsing as others I've tried. I have somewhat oily skin and my face just doesn't seem squeaky clean. It definitely cleaned better than Banila's Zero or Hanskin Pore Cleansing that tended to clog my pores and leave residue.
