I eat them most days with my morning coffee. They are also good for dunking in your coffee. When I travel I take a box with me for a snack in the afternoon since they only have 230 calories per bag and that's less than a pastery. These bars are a great grab and go snack even for kids. The come in many flavors. I like the large box as it saves me money and less packaging waste.
