My use for these is for nachos or a drizzly cheese sauce for fries. For the spice level, I love spicy food and this cheese has a kick to it. Definately not a mild spicy for those eho csn't handle some heat. As expected, the sauce does thin and get runny when you heat it. Mixing in some shredded cheese helps thicken it back up.
